An original box Georg Jensen sterling silver bar brooch, model #195. Some models under the iconic Danish brand are rarer to come by, and model #195 is one of them. This bar brooch with bead-and-wire scrollwork comes in its original box and is in pristine condition. It is stamped with two older Georg Jensen marks and dates the brooch’s design and making to between 1915 and 1930. The brooch is also stamped 925 and “Sterling Denmark,” alongside the 195 model number.
The brooch is in excellent condition and the hinge is working perfectly, but there are natural signs of wear on every antique and vintage piece, so please examine all photos and don’t hesitate to ask questions. The original box comes with the brooch only; not sold individually.
